SCRAMBLED EGGS, BUT BETTER

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon of HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning
  • Chopped herbs for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, and HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
  3. Add the eggs to the pan and lower the heat to medium-low.
  4. Push the eggs side to side in the pan once the edges are slightly set. Continue until the eggs are mostly cooked.
  5. Fold the eggs into itself and turn off the heat.
  6. Top with chopped herbs and enjoy with a side of toast.
