SCRAMBLED EGGS, BUT BETTER

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon of HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning
- Chopped herbs for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, and HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the eggs to the pan and lower the heat to medium-low.
- Push the eggs side to side in the pan once the edges are slightly set. Continue until the eggs are mostly cooked.
- Fold the eggs into itself and turn off the heat.
- Top with chopped herbs and enjoy with a side of toast.
