Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cucumbers
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tsp of HOXY™ Red Chili Pepper Coarse
- 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp of granulated sugar
Instructions

Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly.

Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, HOXY™ Red Chili Pepper Coarse, sesame seeds, and sugar to the bowl.

Toss everything together until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
