Spicy Korean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cucumbers
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp of HOXY™ Red Chili Pepper Coarse
  • 1 tbsp of toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp of granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly.

  • Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, HOXY™ Red Chili Pepper Coarse, sesame seeds, and sugar to the bowl.

  • Toss everything together until the cucumbers are evenly coated.

  • Serve right away or chill in the fridge before serving for a refreshing twist.
