CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP, BUT KOREAN.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- ½ cup of chopped onion
- ½ cup of chopped celery
- 10-12 cups of water
- 10 teaspoons of HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning Chicken Flavor (season to taste)
- ½ lb of chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 ½ cup of noodle of choice
- ½ teaspoon of dried basil
- ½ teaspoon of dried oregano
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot. Add onion and celery and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add water and mix in HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning Chicken Flavor to create the broth.
- Place chicken, noodles, basil, and oregano and stir. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
