CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP, BUT KOREAN.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup of chopped onion
  • ½ cup of chopped celery
  • 10-12 cups of water
  • 10 teaspoons of HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning Chicken Flavor (season to taste)
  • ½ lb of chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 ½ cup of noodle of choice
  • ½ teaspoon of dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon of dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot. Add onion and celery and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add water and mix in HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning Chicken Flavor to create the broth.
  3. Place chicken, noodles, basil, and oregano and stir. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
