SAVORY ALFREDO PASTA

Ingredients
- 1/2 pack of thick-cut bacon
- 8 cups of water
- 4 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 lb of spaghetti
- 1 pint of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of HOXY Chicken Ramen Seasoning
- HOXY Dried Ramen Topping
Instructions
- Cook bacon on a non-stick skillet and leave about 1 tsp of the rendered fat after taking out the bacon.
- Sauté garlic in bacon fat until golden. Then pour heavy cream, grated cheese, and HOXY™ Ramen Seasoning. Stir well until combined.
- Boil 8 cups of water and add the spaghetti and salt. Cook until al dente then drain, leaving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Transfer pasta to #2 and toss well, stirring in pasta water as necessary.
- Add sliced bacon to pan and toss to combine. Season as needed with salt.
- Serve topped with boiled HOXY™ Ramen Topping for extra texture and flavor.
