3/4 cup of raw pecans (toasted)
3/4 cup of raw cashews (toasted)
3/4 cup of raw almonds (toasted)
1/2 cup of raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of dried pineapples (or fruit of choice)
1/2 teaspoon of HOXY ramen seasoning
