4 large eggs
2 teaspoon of heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon of HOXY ramen seasoning
Chopped herbs for serving

Whisk together the eggs, half and half, and HOXY ramen seasoning in a bowl until smooth.

Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat.

Add the eggs to the pan and lower the heat to medium-low.

Once the edges are slightly set, push the eggs from one side of the pan to the other and continue to do so until the eggs are mostly cooked.

Fold the eggs into itself and turn off the heat.

Top with chopped herbs and enjoy with a side of toast.
